RMA Forms and Information:

  • Effective 01/01/2008, the ASI standard warranty for whitebox notebooks has changed to 1 year parts and labor.

  • Effective 06/13/07 all Out-Of-Warranty repair estimates will be charged an up-front $50 diagnostics fee. If the repair is approved, the fee will be applied to the cost of the repair.
