* The ASI IQ17 has a unique piano black polished finish that covers the entire notebook giving it a very stylish look and performance appeal. To achieve this finish, the notebook must be coated several times and put through a timed drying process where it is possible for small hairline marks to occur which are most noticeable on the A-Face (Top LCD Cover). Since these occur in a small percentage of products and are part of the manufacturing method, they are not considered to be warranty defects and as result, notebooks with such markings will not be processed for credit. We will do our best to replace A-Panels in instances where the marks are large. A-Panels with surface scratches resulting from customer use will not be replaced or credited.
