When my laptop goes into hibernation mode, it does not want to come out from hibernation. It froze on Windows increments bar.

Answer: 

It's a power management issue. We don't have a permanent fix but the work around is to turn off the Marvel Yuko Gigabit Ethernet power saving.

1. Right click "My Computer"

2. Left click "Manage"

3. Left click the "Network Devices" expand "+" sign

4. Right click "Marvell Yukon Gigabit Ethernet"

5. Left click on "Properties"

6. Left click on "Power Management" tab

7. Left click the first box (See Figure 1) to uncheck   the box.

8. Left click "OK"

9. Reboot Windows
