Problem:  Notebook may overheat during normal usage.

 

Solution:  The Manufacture accidentally forgot to install the heat transfer pad between the beginning of the heat pipe and the shield on top of the chipset. Please see the pictures below. If your Notebook is missing this pad please contact ASI Technical Support at 888-888-4274 Option 1 or at notebooksupport@asipartner.com and ask for a S62E Thermal Pad.
